The Dokroton entertainment organizes and coordinates the conference "New Media and videogames: risks and opportunities". Speakers included Thalia Malagò official representative ofAESVI (the italian videogame publishers association), PhD. Vagliasindi, professor of the “Digital Entertainment” and responsible IULM Marketing Leader, PhD. La Barbera, professor of psychology and psychiatry at the University of Palermo, and many other teachers of the University of Messina and Catania in the field of humanistic, sociological and communicative sciences. The conference was a huge success, and had a good coverage on the local media.

Aprile 15th, 2008

The Dokroton entertainment in the person of Salvatore Mica inaugurated the second edition of the laboratory "Videogames: from text to texture" at the University of Catania. This year the workshop will be followed by a conference that will allow the students to listen to speeches from the protagonists of the game development and publishing industry in Italy.

The Dokroton Entertainment, in the person of Salvatore Mica, delivers the content for the laboratory "Videogames: the text of textures" at the Faculty of Languages at the University of Catania. Our experts will teach a class on this subject. This new course was so successful as to attract the attentions of the regional newspaper "La Sicilia" who has dedicated an article to the course.
